Today is my son’s 11th birthday. Being new to Louisville & my son only going to school for 1 week before the quarantine we don’t know anyone in the area.

I posted on nextdoor to see if anyone had an idea on how to make today better for him.

These are complete strangers who just wanted to make an 11 year olds day a bit better.

These are some of the gifts that people in our neighborhood brought to him. I’m seriously speechless.

I’m seriously in shock at the generosity of these people. None of them knew him and none of them had any obligation to do any of this. I love this city so much.
