If you can’t afford to buy certain foods that contain the most vital vitamins that you may need during this pandemic , try to get gummie supplements. Vitamin A, C, & D as well as the mineral, Zinc, helps your immune system . Which is what helps fight viruses and bacteria.
Zinc is found in several foods. Examples include but not limited to;
