What is interesting it that he is right...in the past, the Chinese allowed them to come and study these infections.
But this time...THEY DID NOT. What was different?
Clearly, the Chinese knew SOMETHING was different this time...and acted that way from the beginning of December.

If @ChrisMurphyCT was interested in the truth (I don't think he is; I just think he wants to play politics) he would try to push for a commission to investigate Chinese behavior on this.
