1/3 Remote work (however defined) can change lives, families, organizations, communities, and cities—all for the better. I’m excited about increasing human diversity and accessibility in work by removing location dependencies. Talent is equally distributed, opportunity is not.
2/3 As a longtime remote work champion, operator, and leader—who also happens to be a person of color—I’m very aware of the lack of diversity in the most prominent (often best promoted) thought leadership on remote work and distributed organizations. This needs to change.
3/3 With a massive focus on working from home for the foreseeable future, there’s also a massive opportunity to create more representation of thought leadership from diverse communities + leaders. It’s critical.

Who’s doing this work? I’m interested in helping, or spearheading.
