CW: Animal death; cat

Alright, so... the burial has been finished. We buried Danny in a bag beneath the same tree as his sister, Frisk, and Scotch. I gave him a hug and held him for a bit before lowering him down and helping cover him back up.

It& #39;s a very pleasant day out, which feels a little bittersweet. On one hand, it feels nice, but... god, what I& #39;d give to let him have one more day basking in it and purring. He deserved so much more.

I haven& #39;t slept in about 21 hours, so I& #39;m going to try to nap soon. My heart and body hurt, but I& #39;ve got some good company.

I should have stated this way sooner, but I& #39;ll likely continue to use this thread periodically as a place to dump miscellaneous thoughts -- nothing severe, but tidbits.
