If you are a fintech company offering yet another fundraising platform to people you believe are mug enough to pay for your rubbish product - a couple of tips for you. Follow this thread please
Try understanding #SmallCharities

Do not think
1. We are dumb
2. That you are the only fundraising platform in the world
3. That your idea is unique
4. That your financial modelling that amounts to a pot luck of 50p a week - if your lucky will even cut a dent in funding
5. That all small charities have secret wealthy guardian angels roaming about ready to buy your products and membership fees

6. That the beneficiaries that we work with have untapped income streams that we can just miraculously exploit

7. That we have the time to engage
8. That small charities are unreservedly grateful for anything at this time of national crisis - this ain't Oliver Twist
9. That fintech is alien to all small charities
10. That @sccceo will endorse your product in exchange for a few throwaway compliments

Never
I don't believe this, they have just come back to me after 4 emails asking why, why why we won't endorse them. Here is my response

Seriously, why do so many people targeting #smallcharities have saviour complexes ?
