Nick Brown is staying on as Chief a Whip and Angela Smith as Opposition Leader in the Lords

Starmer’s team say that @EmilyThornberry will be staying in the Shadow Cabinet and further positions will be finalised on Monday

And of course @AngelaRayner as Deputy Leader

Lavery, Gardiner and Trickett have left. Am told, however, that just because people haven’t left today doesn’t mean they won’t tomorrow...

In the meantime, it’s so far, it’s very much the return of the soft left...

Also a milestone-Labour might not have its first permanent female leader but @AnnelieseDodds will be the first woman to be Shadow Chancellor (and indeed Chancellor if she makes it to office).
