1. Know if the action is actually a legal one.
There is a difference between talking about a member’s looks & copyright infringement. Some things the company can do, others they cannot. 2/9

This might be the most important thing. If you send something too wordy, w/o proof, the lawyers can’t do anything about it. 4/9

4.Keep it simple
I bet there are a TON of emails sent. Some helpful, some spam. So please keep your email short and simple. Long emails may be more likely seen as spam.
Plus, if the people checking the emails don’t know your language well, it may be difficult to understand. 5/9

Be aware of what emails you send. Too many emails on non-enforceable items *might* get you marked as spam, and that won’t help anyone

7. Remember to focus on the good vs the bad
Don’t get locked in a zone where you only search/see the bad stuff. People online will always be mean to every member. It’s not a contest. Just make sure to take a step back & remember you are here to enjoy them and their art. 8/9
