Both @HarunMaruf and @HSNQ_NISA advance foreign interests in Somalia. The difference is former uses information and the latter uses violence. They will reconcile for sure.

But who protects journalists who cover political discourse in Somalia to inform the public?

This again raises the 10 year old question. Is #SomaliGovernment with its intimidations, corruption and dependence on foreign not domestic support for its existence, a better alternative to #Alshabaab for Somalia or domestic reform and foreign change of approach is necessary?

It is time for domestic political solution to fully reconstitute the state and foreign change of approach that supports broader political solution that includes terrorism but not solely focuses on it for all to win. @US2SOMALIA @EU_in_Somalia @TheVillaSomalia @TC_Mogadishu
