Thanks to 2nd Deputy Finance Minister, YB @shaharabdllh for having us through online meeting and willing to listen to our ideas and aspirations.

Below are my recommendation based from the ideas and suggestion made by you guys;

1. @MOFmalaysia should create present term planning (for 3months) and Post Covid Stimulus Package (for 6 month to 1 year)

2. There should be a regulation of E-Bazaar and will be handle by @kpkt_gov (through PBT), from listing, apps, visibility, front end, back end and maintainance.

3. From there, it will be a basis for post online platform under government such as Pasar Tani or can regulate better for e commerce business. The data information will be regulate by @SecComMY for the time being.

4. Grant will be given to upgrade operational system from manual to digital for amount of RM 5 Billion as a starter.

Development should be a priority towards IR 4.0 drastically pushed by #COVID19 situation.

5. SME Bank should provide a business grant per stages within 6 months to 1 year.

6. On the fiscal policy side, we can introduce Reverse Income Tax Model (can be implement one year after post Covid) and introduction of GST starting from 3% for first two years and rise to 8% for the next 10 years by stages.

7. Under @KKMPutrajaya, moratorium on consession project only for those who passed payback period for 6 months and refinancing back including budgetary for construction in uni to relocate to the expenditure of COVID19.

8. I'm hoping for more political will, @MOFmalaysia enforcing Takaful can be used to pay COVID19 Test costing and insurance payment can be deffered to 4 months minimum if possible.

9. For the frontliners, we should provide "Thank You Package" for them by giving them 15 days paid leave by stages and military asset budgetary can be shorten from 40%to 55% to be given to @PDRMsia and @MyTentera, @MarkasATM. Include doc and nurses.

10. For those who affected especially Johorean workers who work in Singapore, I wish we can implement Active Labour Market Policy (ALM),

This include re-skilling up to IR 4.0 and include Employee Last Resort (ELR) as a job guarantee.

11. Wage subsidy should be raised from RM 600 to RM1200, the companies only paid RM 1800 only so that no one will go through retrenchment phase in a big scale for those below 6K wage.

12. Retirement age should be decreased from 60 to 55 years old and make 50-54 years old as a option age to retired.

Give more spots to youngsters to be involved in our public service.

13. Social needs is needed, to make sure #NoOneLeftBehind, on the 2nd phase of stimulus package,

Raise funding for Jabatan Kemajuan Orang Asli (JAKOA) to 30%.

14. Grant will be provided to all CSO that involved in #COVID19 as a grand gesture to them for their efforts to make sure #KitaJagaKita.

All those data to apply the grant, MOF can ask for cooperation between @JKMHQ & @yesitshanna' #KitaJagaKita Initative for the data collection

15. Moratoriumam should be implement to defer payment to Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA) for 3-5 months according to the situation.

16. For all petrol station owner, not to worry, I deliver your concern & suggest to make a price ceiling on both ways & asking for change of oil repricing from weekly to monthly.

If the situation getting bad, Govt should provide Special Rerlief Fund.

17. #EkonomiLokal should be pushed in micro and macro level since #COVID19 is consider an economcial reset to all of us.

Oil dependency reduction to GDP should be reduced from 32% to 11% within 5 years, so we can successfully followed @UNFCCC Paris Agreement.

18. The Deputy Minister, YB @shaharabdllh gave us a good news, to all SME's, PM @MuhyiddinYassin will be on live tomorrow and introducing a special package for SME.

Thank you YB @shaharabdllh for the initiative to gather as many inputs as possible.
