This should not be celebrated especially because they& #39;re black women - health care aides are disproportionately women of color - and early data suggests that black people are more likely to die from covid, atop the systemic biases in healthcare against black people
To be blunt: if these women get sick they are less likely to get adequate care simply because they are black women.
