I have body dysmorphia. Have since I was a teen. Battled eating disorders for a good portion of my life, as well.

Yes, I "have issues" lol, but I& #39;m not ashamed. I& #39;m trying not to let them conquer my mind. Sometimes I fail.

But it& #39;s about getting back up and starting again https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😊" title="Smiling face with smiling eyes" aria-label="Emoji: Smiling face with smiling eyes">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👍" title="Thumbs up" aria-label="Emoji: Thumbs up"> https://twitter.com/austinsandow/status/1246789705024356354">https://twitter.com/austinsan...
I& #39;ve been avoiding mirrors for about a month. I forced myself into something that would show how a lot of the flaws are in my mind, some aren& #39;t.

I didn& #39;t have to post it, but I did anyway. It& #39;s not an act of bravery, just an admission that I& #39;m struggling & trying to work on it.
Progress isn& #39;t a linear path. There will always be steps back along the way, but it& #39;s about the will to ultimately keep trying and keep moving forward.

Regardless of what your struggle is, I hope it doesn& #39;t hold you down... Doesn& #39;t matter if ppl understand that struggle or not.
