Looking out of my window I see a lovely young couple lying on the grass enjoying the sun in our beautiful communal gardens. Do you think I should call the police on them? Or is it only those unfortunate not to have a garden who should be arrested, fined, and stoned to death?

God it gets worse. They’ve only just gone in!! Two and a half hours they were out there. Doing absolutely no harm, and going nowhere near anyone else. Shame on them!!
