Meditation Thread

So many people have asked me how to meditate and I thought I would share with the collective. First off there are many forms of meditation not just the traditional sitting upright in silence position Each person will meditate and channel differently

(2) You need to find what calls out to you. For me I am called to water so I meditate best when I am emerged in water. However, you may be called to nature, fire, or air. If you are called to nature you can try meditating outside in a park. You may just be able to channel sitting

(8) Other people meditate through dreams. What you do is pray to your guides to protect you and ask them questions you’d like answered in your dreams. You would either wake up remembering the dream or refreshed like you did healing in the dream realm

(9) spirit just told me that someone out there will meditate best around animals. Maybe you have a dog or cat you like to hold and that’ll help you connect to your guides and receive downloads of info from them

(3) around the trees and being lost in your thoughts and you receive a large download of information. Fire meditation may be you being around incense, candles, and feeling heat from the sun. Air meditation could be you driving around in your car with the windows down on the

(4) highway bc that feeling of air and just the thrill of driving will help u connect to your guides. But find what naturally calls to you and play around with it. This is a trial and error process

(5) what works for someone else may not work for you. Example: some guides do not like fire bc they were burned to death when alive or some may hate water bc they were drowned in their lifetime

(6) if you’re into astrology it may help to look at your chart. I was told that I meditate best in water bc of my Pisces in Jupiter
