Answers for British nationals booking upcoming flights
We hope these will help to explain your most common questions.

1) Booking number: Please text (not call) the number on booking portal to request a call back about your flight – you cannot call directly. We’re sorry for confusion caused. Please ensure you have enough credit to receive an international call.

2) Locations: Information on flights from other locations will follow. We know there are many of you who cannot reach Delhi, Mumbai or Goa - and that there are large numbers in places like Amritsar. Please keep monitoring this page for updates.

3) Crossing state borders: Movement within India is restricted. We know you are frustrated, but travellers should only apply for flights from state they are in. We can't guarantee your ability to cross borders. More on other locations & transit across state borders will follow.

4) Cost: Chartering special flights involves high costs and we have a responsibility towards taxpayers. The flights are priced to be as affordable as possible.
