Rewatching Super Bowl LI so I’m gonna drop some of my observations

First of all, WOW that @AtlantaFalcons defence went crazy in the first half, absolute domination. The offence got bailed out for that 28-3 lead

Speaking of Atlanta’s offence. Crazy how such a strong group of players fell apart like that. Aside from the occasional big run, they really didn’t look comfortable in the first half

Also the @AtlantaFalcons going up 7-0 was the first time since Week 12 that the @Patriots didn’t have the lead in a game. That’s a Belichick stat

Upon further review the Falcons offence did look pretty good in the first quarter and a half.

7 of Matt Ryan’s first 8 throws were completions and they went for over 120 yards and a touchdown. Freeman was running strong too

The commentator just said “No team has ever come back from a two touchdown deficit to win a Super Bowl, 10 points is the biggest comeback.”

Boy are you about to see something

Rookie linebacker Deion Jones played his heart in the first half too. No wonder their defence burnt out towards the end, he’s been all over the field so far

Robert Alford’s pick six was an awful decision by Brady. Some of his passes have also been REALLY inaccurate

3 and out on the Falcons’ first drive of Q3. The tide begins to turn
