(2/6) Did @Netflix ask “are you still watching?” Take a break and do 100 jumping jacks! Spend the entire next episode standing up and walking around while you watch. Stay healthy while staying indoors!
(3/6) Plan a dinner with friends or family and order the same delivery or cook the same healthy meal. Have a set time to sit down and eat together while you video chat. Better yet, try new recipes and tell each other how they turned out. #TogetherApart
(4/6) Feeling a little lonely while we practice social distancing? I bet you know someone else that is too! Be the first to reach out and initiate a virtual hang out. Start a new show together and text while you watch at the same time. My favorite w/ my kids is @CarmenSandiego!
