I may be wrong but I believe that there isn’t a lot of perfect info about star wishing in #animalcrossing so here is my success story with them. Last night, April 4th, I waited at the northern part of my island facing up at a clear sky. I did not have Celeste visit yet. 1/3

Nothing in my game told me about stars. I learned about them online. The shooting stars happened regardless of in game dialogue and I was able to press a and wish. I sat there and was able to get 3 bursts of 4-6 stars shooting about 8mins apart. #AnimalCrossingNewHorizions 2/3

After the 3rd set of stars I did not get anything else. I waited another 30 minutes to be sure. This morning I found 7 star fragments and 2 Aries Fragments BUT as I walked across the island to fish 1 more of each fragment appeared and were not there before. 3/3 #AnimalCrossingNH

Immediately after tweeting this thread I walked across my beach again and found two more star fragments. So be sure to constantly be looking for more or you may miss additional stars that spawn. #AnimalCrossingDesigns Bonus/3
