Somehow forgotten:

• London has lots of people living very closely together
• Londoners have been *specifically* asked not to leave town, so as not to overload other NHS services
• London has limited outside space

Is it a surprise parks might seem a bit busy sometimes?
This was Finsbury Park at noon today, in glorious weather. People overwhelmingly already are behaving and using outdoor space only for exercise, within the rules.
Logic of some people seems to be:
• Some people are breaking the rules
• We can’t or won’t enforce the rules against those people.
• Therefore we should make the rules stricter for everyone.
• We will be able to enforce this, despite it needing even more enforcement effort.
My stance isn’t “breaking the rules is okay”. It’s “why don’t we enforce the rules we have, before extending them to affect lots of people who are following them exactly”.

And it’s put forwards because I want these measure to work and save lives. Quarantine works by consent.
