Today the neighbor started at 9:30am. Since then the volume has been increasing the vibration is high. This video does not do any justice to the horrible bass/subwoofer that we hear and feel. Like I said when they play the radio they DO NOT SIT INSIDE, they are always outside. I need a solution to this noise pollution?
