Insofar as lockdown isn’t being observed the problem isn’t people in parks- it’s certain employers not providing adequate opportunities to work from home or continuing to ask non-essential staff doing non-essential work to come in regardless, often when the staff don’t wish to.
You’re far more likely to pick up #covid19 and spread it at work than in a park.
Another significant problem in driving up lockdown participation remains employees afraid to self isolate because they can’t afford to live on Statutory Sick Pay/workers in the gig economy who can’t afford to turn down work in an increasingly horrendous economic landscape.
