The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has been single-handedly funding the fight against HIV, TB & Malaria in sun-Saharan Africa; and your excitable faves who don’t know isht are busy casting aspersions on him.
If these idiots had been advising African governments properly, we wouldn’t need the Bill Gates Foundation. But you know what, they would rather feed from the trough, and shift blame to get retweets.
People should first do a likkle research, and have a firm grasp of reality before going on a crusade against an individual / Organization that has done more than any African government for the poor.
