The whole debate around appropriate exercise outside is severely lacking an intersectional view.

A short daily stroll around your neighbourhood makes sense if you live in suburban, tree lined avenue and safe areas. I.e. The preserve of the middle classes.

But what if you don't, if you live in a high density neighbourhood, no garden, tiny flat and concrete jungle.

Maybe a weekly trip to the park/coast is the best way you can get outside.
