@TalkTalk Why is our internet not live? We've been online and it shows this. You sent us the router, fix this!! If it's the wrong router, send the correct one.
@Ofcom had service set up on the 31st, two routers sent and no internet. I'm a key worker for the NHS and I won't be able to work from home now. Putting myself and my patients at risk. @TalkTalk have not responded to myself or my partner for days
