I feel like my anxiety has really fucked with my speech and I tend to speak quite fast or fumble my words sometimes. Has anyone else experienced that? Gonna try to use this quarantine time to fix it
I’m watching some content I recorded yesterday back over to edit it and it’s really upsetting me because I can just see and hear anxiety written all over. What’s funny is other people don’t see it.
I think the fact I sound “different” also gives me a little anxiety too because I know people are listening to it.
