A rapid assessment survey covering 3196 migrant laborers in North and Central India, by Jan Sahas, surveyed between 27-29 March, has some incredible insights, which shows the dire situation on the ground:
1. 94% of laborers do NOT have BOCW cards (for construction laborers),
