just a little vent thread but i wrote damned if i do, damned if i don’t years back and it’s still one of my favourite stories. but i stopped updating it for more than a year bc the pressure of keeping up with it is Haunting, and that’s not something writers like to talk avout

it started out a personal collection of short vignettes but gained more than what i thought could be possible. and then it became suffocating trying to keep up with a pressure i placed on myself. and then i stopped writing altogether.
there’s no real close to this thread, i just really needed to say it somewhere. it’s scary to start over again but this is as good a time as any to try.
