You take 5 deep breaths and hold your breath for at least 5 seconds after each. Then you take a deep breath and carry out a face covered cough to help clear the bottom of your lungs.

That is one cycle and you do two of these.
You then lay on your front (important that it is on your front) and breathe more deeply than normal for ten minutes.
They emphasise how laying on your back is very poor for clearing your lungs.
