i ignored all the red flags and lost 2 years of my life — a thread
first of all i just wanna say that this is a very long thread and read at your own risk
i also want to say that this is gonna be the first and last time that i will be addressing this issue if you may call it and after this you are never hearing this from me ever again so i will be saying all the things i wanna say
i am aware that there will be people that may disagree with me and i am totally fine with that, everyone has their own opinion about everything and i respect y’all’s opinions
i also wouldn’t be dropping any names because i am not in the place to do so and everything that will be here is in my perspective and mine alone
also, i am not doing this to get people on my side but i am doing this because these are just things that i wanted to say for so long and i think that Twitter is a place where i could just say anything and everything that i want to
some of y’all may tell me that if i have a problem with someone just talk to them thru priv messages but the thing is this person wouldn’t take me seriously when i try to talk to him
and the things that i will be saying here could help others so that they wouldn’t be able to experience the things that ive been thru because i believe that no one deserves to go through ehat ive been through
after this thread i dont want people feeling sorry for me because ive learned and moved on from this and im not saying na im happy that this happened to be bc i am clearly not pero im glad na i was able to learn a lot and have a clear picture of what i dont want in the future
also the fact that i could share it with you guys and be aware of the things you shouldn’t tolerate when you see these red flags waving

so everything started all alright we vibe and all those usual good stuff at the start so yeah im not denying na we were happy bc we were and we wouldn’t last that long if we weren’t happy at some point right
im not gonna get to the happy stuff because this is not baout that but rest assured i was happy at some point
so during the first month of our relationship there was this girl that he was constantly talking to and this girl is an ex of his teammate, he told me about her and i was like okay but i got jealous honestly because a girl knows when it’s different but obv I ignored that
so days went by and they keep talking until it stopped all of a sudden and me with my instincts saying na something is wrong idk i sort of made a way to know what’s wrong because i could feel it
so i have his facebook account that time and jimmy neutron inside of me kinda thought of the idea that what if his facebook account is connected to his ig so i tried it and then boom haha i was right

then i ask him questions like “are you talking to other girls?” like “are you sure that im the only girl you’re talkings to” and obv he denies it in front of my face when i know the truth
so i finally confronted him about it during our first monthsary and his excuse was he was scared that i would leave him or he thought we wouldn’t last, well we did so haha
so i forgave him that time and told him that he shouldn’t do it again but then there was another incident
so before curious cat was a big thing and i get messaged there saying that they saw him with his ex hanging out and posting cute pics together
so i asked him abt it and he said people are just making up stories because they’re jealous of us and they want us to break up so obv I believed him
only to find out a few months after, take note: months after, that they really went out because there was this ball that he said was from her and i asked him when did he give her that and he said that he told me before that he told me but he actually didn’t
so they really went out and those curious cat messages were true and i remember seeing some photos and he told me that was before when they were still together but then i realized that he doesn’t have braces anymore in the photo
because i met him with braces and we were together already when he had them taken out
