China + W.H.O vs Taiwan = Pandemic a thread:

• China considers Taiwan as one of its provinces even though its obviously a country on its own. W.H.O. does not recognize Taiwan as one of its Member states because of this.

• Back in December, Taiwan reported to the W.H.O. that Taiwanese doctors had heard from Chinese doctors that medical workers treating people w/ coronavirus were getting sick.

Possibly, a human-to-human transmission but the W.H.O. yes World Health Organization didn't publish it to the world.

Jan 14, the W.H.O. tweeted that 'preliminary investigations conducted by the CHINESE authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human trasmission of the novel #coronavirus"

Chinese officials didn't publicly announced human-to-human transmission until January 20.

Taiwan had been sharing information about coronavirus (CoViD-19) to the W.H.O. but the W.H.O. was not passing that information to its Member States.
