@Airtel_Presence My data in postpaid plan has been finished. Ideally my should be reduced but unfortunately my internet is totally stopped. Not able to browse anything. Pls help.
I was told that my data is stopped as I have consumed it completely, later I subscribed to Rs.100 l/month additional data. Now,in the bill, Rs154 is added as National usage charges. Asheen from social media team has no knowledge n says whatever bill is generated is correct. 1/2
2/2 I have one simple query, if my data got finished and I subscribed to additional data, how can I use additional data beyond my assigned limit. I asked the same question to to Asheen, but he kept repeating, whatever the bill is generated is correct. Can someone else look here?
@Airtel_Presence will anyone respond to this thread? Seems you are no more interested in retaining the customers?
