Once the wise men asked Sutji in  connection with how Dhruva became with a good outcome  in getting state of living for-ever  and highest position among

all the star.

Sutji told the story of a king named  Uttanpad, who had 2 queens Suniti and Suruchi.The oldest  Queen Suniti had a son named dhruva one day while dhruva was being seated in his fathers move against, Suruchi his step mother, pulled him from Uttanpads  legs-top

And made her own son be seated in his place dhruva went to suniti and complained about the stepmother behaviour. Suniti well judged dhruv that he should make attempts the highest position which is endless. After his mother opinion dhruva went to the forest in search for supreme

Position. In the forest he met sage Vishwamitra advised him to seek the blessings of lord Keshav by chanting the sacred mantra Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevay.Dhruva did a careful self punishment and just after 6 months lord Vishnu b3came pleased and appeared before him mounted

On Garuda. Lord vishnu touched dhruva face with his conch as a outcome of this he get self knowledge lord vishnu blessed dhruva by saying I give you the supreme place, which even the deities and sages long for. This way Dhruva attained the supreme status among the all star

With the blessing of lord Vishnu.
