Resistance in your body can lower your immune system, but eliminating resistance is easy. Can you simply let go of any tension you might be holding around current world events? Can you just let it go? Can you let go of wanting to change things, wanting to fix things...
wanting to control things, and just allow what is happening, just as it is? This is how you let go of resistance. And it’s our resistance to something that holds that very thing to us. Carl Jung told us, “What we resist, persists.”
So, just relax, let go, let go some more, relax even more, and in doing so you will let go of any resistance and not only improve the health in your body, but allow everything to change.
