My take on the possible impact on various sectors once things get back to normal.
First things first I don't believe things will be normal for a long long time. We will have to get used to a new reality.
Now looking at some key sectors.

Construction, Real Estate- Looking at some major changes here. Better safety standards, better living conditions for workers could come into vogue. No one would want their workers falling prey to another epidemic.
Construction would resume again, but focus would be more on public infra and housing. Likely to see less of malls, IT parks going ahead. Hopefully better roads in our cities too.
Manufacturing was already facing challenge from automation. Companies would further seek to automate.
And there would be less of sweat shops that are the breeding grounds for any kind of epidemic.
IT and Tech, would further be strengthened. As more and more discover it's effective to WFH, remote working would be the rule. More investment in remote technologies. Cloud would be here to stay .
Also with the State likely to get more Hardline, there could be an increase in surveillance technologies. Yes your data would no longer be private but live with it
Education could see a change in the way learning is imparted. Some colleges and schools are already going in for classes via Zoom, Video. Online learning sites like Coursera or YT ones like Khan Academy cud see a major surge.
Education could see a major churning, focus could be more on skill development, hands on approach, than just a normal degree. Humanities wud have to reinvent , they can't keep churning out theses on some vague topics
Media and Entertainment would take a big hit. We could effectively be seeing the end of theaters ( single screen, multiplex). Web series, OTT platforms would be the order of the day.
We live in an age where even construction labor, auto drivers download movies on their mobiles and watch em. Theatres would no longer be feasible, it's end of an era
Travel and tourism would take a major hit. Not many would look for group tours. My guess there would be more people travelling individually, instead of group and package tours. No one would really want to risk being with others.
Tour operators could see their business going south, with people opting out of group tours. In a way this could get back the original beauty of many places that have been ravaged by tourism.
Hopefully our forests, mountains, beaches would come back to their natural glory and we won't be seeing those ugly heaps of plastic. Or traffic jams in Hill roads during summers.
Hopefully our hill stations this summer breathe easy, don't have to suffer mile long traffic jams, water shortages, garbage mounds. Maybe they go back to being what they were meant for, places of relaxing and rest
Corona won't end, what we are seeing is the start of a reset, that would force us to reasses our lifestyle, our way of living. Those who are smart enough to understand will survive, and those who feel it will be life as usual, well...
You can also forget about eating out for sometime. As it is most of our hotels and restaurants don't have great hygiene standards. And those places are a source for any kind of epidemic.
