6/ Captain Crozier did not just choose to pop in to Danang, Vietnam. This was part of a significant strategic mission for the 7th Fleet. Qestion is, why was the US Navy rattling sabers at China during a growing pandemic instead of ensuring the safety & readiness of naval crews.
7/ By ignoring the threat of the global pandemic, by continuing such missions on shore during a pandemic, @SECNAV put our national security at grave risk, along with the lives of the USS Roosevelt's crew.

26/ The decision to bring the carrier group into port in Da Nang, Vietnam was way above Captain Crozier's pay grade. I find it hard to believe an Admiral would choose to risk disabling an entire carrier group at a time like this.
