One of the few differences is that this Twitter will no longer be posting images of the Cards. This isn't much of an issue since they're still going to be on the Wiki. I will make another post regarding those differences soon in the future.

While I was off from this account, I've been fixing (small) things on the Wiki. The Wiki getting a small redesign and a countdown for the Anime Episode is one of them, please check it out!
