Advice for Younger Go-Getters:

Get Therapy.
Form an ongoing relationship with a Therapist.
Adults are nothing more than children replaying a tape of their childhood experiences.
You *need* to understand why you are how you are and
*who made you that way*.

Form a relationship with your Mom and Dad.
You can choose your friends but you cannot choose your parents. They are the keys to understanding who you are.

It will be easy and in some cases, you have to be "the adult" but it's necessary for growth
Start a Family.
Noooo, not *that* kind of family. 🤦‍♂️
You're an adult now. You have *the freedom* to spend time around people who are life affirming.
You can now separate yourself from people who simply tolerate you.

Start forming genuine bonds w/ awesome people.
Start stacking "Don't touch money".
Automated savings & investing in your 20s. The key is to "set and forget".
$50 per week will put you ahead of 95% of the population by the time you are 28-29.
Be a collector of experiences.
When I was your age, one my goals was "to have the most amazing photo album on my coffee table".
Mission accomplished.
Be in the moment. Have fun. Take photos. Live your life.
Live with your parents or roommates until you're Married or a Millionaire.
People get Self-reliant confused w/ being Independent.
Being independent is overrated. Have the means to take care of yourself, but pool your living expenses whenever possible.

Pooling resources:
Get a group of friends. Purchase or rent a large house or loft. Split the rent.
Get on a family plan for your phone bill
Share Netflix
Amazon Prime family plan

If you "need" it to live, look at a group rate and split it with your friends.
