We have deposited 42 sequences from #Idaho to @GISAID, now updated within @nextstrain. These sequences mostly cluster with other US sequences from WA, CT, MN.

Thank you to @GISAID and @nextstrain for the quick updates, and of course the awesome sequencing team @UWVirology who've been keeping our sequencers running non-stop ( @hongxie_UW @vikaspeddu @GreningerLab et al) + @illumina for excellent support.

We hope to keep this going to contribute sequences from around the US.
