Went on a walk for 30 mins also went out with my dog.
No workout. Lmao I’m shit

Did about 10 mins of a dance workout and 15 mins of random exercises including trying to use my old hoola hoop that I found.

Later I will bike to my workplace so that will be about 30mins of cardio.
DAY: 5 didn’t happen lol
