Well, here we are. I have officially quit Destiny 2. I& #39;m a die hard pvp player and there is no longer enjoyable pvp for me to play. It truly sucks but this is where i& #39;m at. I loved trials in Destiny 1. Got the Messenger, my favorite pulse rifle in the franchise. (1/?)
Used it so much and loved the way it felt. Got flawless once and it felt amazing. I remember my first trip to the lighthouse, when me and my fireteam all just went flawless and all put on the exotic Eye of Osiris emblem. There was no better feeling. (2/?)
Come to right now. Week 4 of trials and i haven& #39;t touched Destiny 2 in a week. Last week felt bad because of the map but this week. I don& #39;t have a drive to play anymore. The game is the same as it& #39;s always been. I bet you could list all of the changes to pvp since forsaken (3/?)
Why? Because there has been maybe a pages worth, if anything. Pulse buff, hand cannon nerf, auto buff, shotty rework, heavy ammo changes, stat changes. Each of these have been season by season with the intent that if it doesn& #39;t work this season, there& #39;s always next season. (4/?)
This renewed focus of pvp which was promised 2 season ago has left us empty handed. Ironically, the best season for pvp, for me at least, was Opulence, prior to their statement. I didn& #39;t know how leaving Activision had a consequence of pvp turning bad. (5/?)
