since Adam’s hairstylist just posted a mini tutorial on her ig story, imma make a thread of how I think she does his hair. that no one asked for.

on her story she sprays the hair w water to dampen, then combs it through. I’ve also seen her post abt Bumble & Bumble’s salt spray - I wouldn’t doubt she preps w that as well

then, she twists random sections of hair away from the face & blows it dry - looks like she’s using “low” air flow. i would alternate using cool blasts of air between using hot/warm. hot will form the curl, cool will set it

I’ve also seen her post abt “badlands” dry shampoo paste from R+Co. this is the line I retail at my salon so I’m familiar. use a small amount in the roots for lift/volume. less is more w this product

I forgot to add - ive seen her post abt pomades. u can coat ur fingers lightly w one while ur twisting+drying for more hold/shine. the uppercut is great & smells like coconut. crew is great too, & acqua di parma is another fav of mine - very luxe

Adam always has that great lift at the middle base of his hairline, this can also be done by using a flexible hairspray + a tiny bit of the badlands paste rubbed into the roots

I’ve also seen her use “waterfall” from R+Co, a great lightweight leave in conditioner w heat protectants. great for prepping OR finishing too if u want touchable, shiny goodness + frizz control
