Saturday afternoon medicine...
I literally never in my life deadlifted until this past fall. Really wished I had learned while playing, such an amazing lift for total body strength development.

I realize my form sucks and needs work, but I love this lift.

@Hawk am I doing it right?
New line of thinking; go heavy load on RDL instead of high volume. Get your back volume elsewhere...
