The police wrongfully gave a Black woman a £600+ fine which has been found unlawful and overturned. Did any one of those sunbathers get that level of extreme fining or is it just reserved for ethnic minorities?

I mean think about it, £600+ fine for travelling on the tube (could have been essential travel) but the sunbathers what and how essential to get a tan in the park? Police made it clear no sunbathing so why is that hard to understand? Was anyone given a fine?
