@airtelindia My family members had purchased V-Fibrenet in BLR on 21 March 2020. However, the plan w.r.t. the subscribed no. was changed automatically (& w/o prior notice), yet the V-Fibrenet service has not been installed & made operative as yet. (1/2)
@airtelindia Pls explain:
• Why the subscribed no.’s plan was changed w/o any notice from ur end?
• The reason behind the inordinate delay to install Fibernet & the next bill’s generation?
• Why is there no response from ur end even after repeated attempts to reach out? (2/2)
