ICU doctors seeing 3 types of #COVID19 patients:
1. Symptomatic but well
2. Happy hypoxics: attempt to avoid intubation
a. Use HFNC, NRB, CPAP or BiPaP
3. ARDS like picture - Need intubation

ICU docs recommending treating these patients unlike anything they've done in their careers (going against ARDSNet):
1. Use 8cc/kg (increase if compliance allows)
2. Limit PEEP (8-10max), rate 15-20
3. Accept hypoxemia on the vent
