Just saw @NYCMayor and @NYCFirstLady strolling in Prospect Park. Both unmasked.

2 points of clarification:

1. during the ~15 seconds we saw them, no one was within 20 feet of them. We were in an uncrowded part of the park. But it would have been hard to get there without walking thru a much more crowded part, tho they could have been driven there.

2. I checked transcript from Thursday and he didn't say New Yorkers *must* wear masks in public. He said he was “advising” wearing mask “when you go outside and will be near other people.”
