Spanish tapas
Thai
Japanese, especially sushi
Turkish, including a mezze spread

I will not order pasta at any restaurant for the next year
Georgian khachapuri from Tbilisi restaurant in Highbury I had before all the madness. I miss food
Japanese breakfast at Koya bar in Soho - mackerel with radish, egg in chilled dashi, natto, rice and soup
Beef tongue with bulgur at traditional Russian restaurant Zima
The chefs course with “one by one” sushi at Yashin Ocean House in Kensington
Etles traditional Uyghur restaurant in Walthamstow - lamb and kidney skewers, tripe, paprika salad and dumplings
Bone marrow, oxtail and anchovy bread at Black Axe Mangal
Seared fatty tuna with truffle butter and wasabi, razor clam ceviche with whisky jelly at Sushi Atelier
Hand pulled noodles and pigs ears in soy and chilli at Xian Impression
Chawanmushi, natto with squid, and salmon roe with radish at Ikeda
