If you signed that open letter to the NYTXW and continue to submit puzzles there, I think you are doing it wrong.

Also, the demands are going to be easy to meet in some nominal fashion without anything At All changing about the culture, the way loyalty is cultivated, etc.

I think the letter, as a public statement of dissatisfaction, is important. I'm proud of those who put it together. I hope it achieves its goals. But I fear it asks too little & assumes a good faith & willingness to change on the part of the editor that simply isn't there #NYTXW
