Ground reports coming to MPs & MLAs (of all parties) suggest major problems:

1) Masks, Gloves, other safety equipment at Govt. Hospitals still inadequate
2) Paucity of Test kits leads to low testing: TN 4748 (7.5 Crore Population) Vs Kerala 9744 tests (~3.5 Crore)

3) Testing much more targeted (mostly to 1 cluster) in TN (485 cases from 4748 tests vs. Kerala (306 cases from 9744 tests), which lowers prevention value
4) Ground reports state classification of patients (untested) with some Covid19 symptoms as Gen respiratory disorder

The Dept she heads needs to improve a lot even to match Kerala's level

Media skills are all well

But I care a lot more about real outcomes, especially during a Crisis. I'll withold Congratulations at least till all Medical staff have adequate PPE, & testing rate up a lot
