My heart is breaking for the booksellers who would have put that book on their staff picks shelf, and sold the hell out of it. For the booksellers, who as of right now, not only cannot even set foot in their stores and don't know when they'll be able to.

My heart is breaking for the customers who needed those books, who may never find them because they couldn't go into the bookstore, and the author event was canceled and the bookseller could never handsell it to them.

So I'm gonna keep reading books and recommending books. Find an indie to buy from online. Buy from their site if you can. Because it's better for them. If they can't fulfill right now go to http://bookshop.org  or http://libro.fm  and buy from them.
